Customers needing to return an item must submit a return request for a return authorization within 30 days of receiving the product.
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the return authorization approval . Upon receiving the returned item in new condition, the customer will be refunded the price of the item purchased. Shipping costs are not refunded.
Items purchased with free shipping will be refunded the price of the item minus our original shipping & handling cost. If the item was damaged during shipping, immediately notify the shipping company for reimbursement.
In the case of an item being defective the customer should submit a return request. Once we have received the item back, the customer will be shipped a replacement of the same item or a refund for the purchase price of the item and shipping costs.
